We were pleased to recognize the advancement of several club members as Multiple Paul Harris Fellows.

Paul Harris Fellow recognition is named for Paul Harris, who founded Rotary in Chicago in 1905. The Paul Harris Fellow presentation was established in his honor in 1957 to express appreciation for contributions to the humanitarian and educational programs of the Rotary Foundation. Each level represents a contribution of $1000 towards the Foundation and its programs that provide educational opportunities, food, potable water, health care, immunizations, and shelter for millions of persons.  The Rotary foundation and our Club are grateful for their support.

Paul Harris Plus 1: Bruce Saunders, Dave Rolfe, and Cliff Plummer. Previously recognized, Steve Rand.

Paul Harris Plus 2: Jason Beever and Christine Johnson

We also thanked Cliff and Pat Plummer for their hard work in reading applications and selecting our WRVC scholarship recipients again this spring.    Finally, we thanked Owens McCullough for chairing our annual road race and agreeing to chair again next year.
