"Bill" has been in law enforcement for more than 30 years at all levels (local, state, county and federal) and a graduate of the FBI National Academy. He has been the Assistant Director of the Maine Drug Enforcement Administration, the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the United States Department of Justice.
