Love & Resources for Children Awaiting Foster Care Placement

Nanna’s House is an organization aimed to help ease the transition into foster care. They provide supply kits to case workers for children to have what they need for the first few days of care. These kits are specific to the age and needs of the individual child. A kit for an infant includes diapers, wipes, a bottle, formula, clothes, a blanket, a stuffed animal and toiletries for example. These kits allow resource families to focus on the child for the first few days and not have to run to the store for supplies.
