Westbrook Together Days will be held on May 29-30 this year. Julie Hamm and Christine Johnson are exploring opportunities for Westbrook-Gorham Rotary to participate this year.  Please contact them with your ideas, or speak with them at our next meeting.

Westbrook Together Days is a 2-day festival that is fun for families and residents of all ages.  The event is held on Friday from 5 PM – 10 PM and all day on Saturday from 8 AM – 10 PM.  Saturday begins with a 5k run/kid’s 1/2 mile fun run and concludes with a 30 minute firework display.  This event typically attracts 15-20,000 people and this year is Westbrook’s 36th annual Together Days event.

This is a city wide event that several businesses and citizens volunteer their time and money to make it the success that it has become.  In 2010, Westbrook Together Days was awarded the Spirit of America Award for volunteerism in Maine and continues to bring pride and continuity to the community.
